I have loved photography since I was a teenager using my parents old point-and-shoot to take photos of any animal in sight. I continued to take photos all through high school, and my dad eventually bought me my first DSLR camera which got a ton of use with more animals and my family. In college, I took some courses in film photography, which I loved! I thought I wanted to be a veterinarian so I started looking into that and other careers until I finally realized that it was photography I wanted to do all along.

I am a mother to two beautiful children: Georgia, who waits for us in Heaven, and Calvin, our sweet rainbow baby who is now a toddler. I’m married to an amazing man, Derek, who shares my love for the outdoors. My family is my foundation, and I prioritize maintaining a balanced schedule to ensure I can spend quality time with them. When I'm not taking photos, you can find us camping, hiking, and backpacking together.

Fall is my favorite season, and Christmas is my favorite holiday. As an Oregon native, I love the rain and cozy days. I consider myself an old soul and would much rather curl up with a good book than go out. Recently, I taught myself how to sew and have been challenging myself to create new projects.

My faith is the cornerstone of my business, and I recognize that I would not be where I am today without God's grace in my life. It is my hope that all my clients can sense this dedication in my work.
